We began by immersing ourselves in the coffee shop’s environment. We spent time understanding their coffee-making process, the shop’s design, and the vibe they aimed to create. We also had in-depth conversations with the staff and regular customers to understand what made this coffee shop special.

We then translated this understanding into a social media strategy. We created a series of posts featuring photographs of the shop, the coffee-making process, customer testimonials, and stories about the shop’s journey. Each post was designed to resonate with the coffee shop’s customers and provide them with a deeper understanding of the shop’s essence.
